If I Got Hurt At Work And My Employer Knows That I Was Injured, Why Does The Insurance Company Want To Take My Recorded Statement?

by Kim Thompson on December 22, 2012

A recorded statement is a likely policy of the insurance company. Beware; a recorded statement of how you were injured is not the law. I usually do not allow my clients to give a recorded statement because it may become evidence later in the case.

Have you recently been injured at work and are having difficulties managing the legal proceedings of your insurance company? If so, contact Personal Injury Lawyer Kim Thompson at 615-832-2335 for a free consultation.
