Our Skilled Staff
Amanda Ackerman is the paralegal for the Thompson Law Group, PLLC. She received a Distinguished Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan Career Institute in 2009, and is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies at Kaplan University. She has interned with the District Attorney General's office for the 21st Judicial District and acted as Lawyer Referral and Information Service Coordinator for the Nashville Bar Association from 2004-2007. She is a duly authorized Notary Public and a member of the American Association of Notaries, the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, and the Middle Tennessee Paralegal Association. When not working, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family.
